With an average project value ranging from 1million - 20million, this main contractor specialises in high quality refurbishment schemes.
About the role of a Senior Site Manager
The Senior Site Manager candidate will be the Number one on site reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager for a re cladding residential refurbishment scheme.
Responsibilities for the Senior Site Manager
- Ensure the project is running to programme and is compliant with Health & Safety.
- Strong focus on Quality Assurance.
- Manage and Motivate the Site team and subcontractors
- Run weekly progress meetings and Health & Safety meetings
Requirements for the Senior Site Manager role
- Experience with residential re cladding schemes up to 10million.
- Number one on site delivery experience, seeing a project through from start to finish
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management desired
- Leadership ability
