Marketing Assistant - 5* housebuilderWaltham Cross, Hertfordshireup to £28,000.This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading housebuilders as their newly appointed Marketing Assistant overseeing the marketing activity on sites within their 5* portfolio. On offer is a basic salary of up to £28,000.With head office based near Waltham Cross, you will be part of the Sales and Marketing team reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. You will split your time between head office with occasional field based site visits throughout the week as well as home working.To be suitable for this role, you will already be an experienced Marketing professional, ideally with a background in property for a housebuilder or leading new homes estate agent or housing association. responsibilities include:Execute targeted marketing campaigns for live and upcoming sitesMonitor advertising budgets, as well as media and production costs and report as requiredConducting site visits to create engaging contentLiaise with appointed creative and PR agenciesDeveloping and managing digital marketing campaignsUsing Google Analytics, SEO and PPC to track performanceManage social media channelsAttend and assist with development set-up meetings, launches, and new releasesArranging events and community engagement projectsManage point of sale literature and collateral as requiredEnsure that web content is up to date and relevant according to market trendsKeeping property portals up to dateCollate and manage regular figures and KPIsbenefits include:25 days annual leave + bank holidaysAnnual bonus schemeHealth careHybrid working key requirements:marketing experience in a role with customer engagement within property is desirableCurrently a Marketing Assistant or marketing graduate Experience social media, events and strong copywriting skillsCreative and able to think outside the boxTeam playerPositive and pro-activeAbility to work autonomously and independently from the rest of the teamValid UK driving licenceplease note: candidates must have the right to work in the UK to be considered for this position.
