They are looking for an experienced Design Manager who is hands on with Archicad who can support their great design team that is already in place. They offer Design Managers excellent training and development to upskill and progress their career. They have great fun and family feel culture. Required Skills & Qualifications * Main contractor experience is essential * Experience across variety of sectors * Ability to lead, chair and influence multi party teams and stakeholders * Good interpersonal skills including, communication and team building * Full working knowledge of Traditional and Modern Methods of Construction * Technical skills and the ability to use design and project management software * Problem solving skills and creative thinking * Attention to detail, Organisation and time management * Ability to draw & read drawings * Commercial awareness like budgeting and regulations * Teamworking, relationship-building and influencing skills * Client management skills The ideal candidate must have worked on bespoke High End Residential Grade Listed Projects, must have a keen eye for detail Should this be of interest please email me your updated cv alternatively you can reach me on (phone number removed)
