WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING  Provide regular training to ensure your team members' advice and recommendations are correct. Work closely with your team to ensure they have successfully completed our internal processes. Ensure that agreed best practices are effectively rolled-out and consistently adhered to within your team Ensure that your team’s individual pipelines are managed effectively so that agreed customer SLAs are met consistently  Support the recruitment, development and retention of Insurance Advisers in line with Haysto hiring plan and play a leading role in their on-boarding. Assume responsibility for all Insurance revenue pipelines and work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer to manage pipeline and drive conversions.  Conduct monthly one-to-ones with all team members. Support your team with applications which are cancelled and clawed back.  Provide call coaching to the Mortgage Team (as required) so they are effective in positioning the benefits of Insurance  Perform quality spot checks per month by calling customers and conducting a short survey. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR? We’re looking for a high-energy, driven, and passionate leader. Someone with at least 2 years of experience in a firm of 50+ people, managing a team of at least 8-10 Insurance Advisers who have consistently over-achieved targets. The role will be primarily remote, however, you’ll be required to come into the office once a quarter to spend time with Management.
