The Position – Behaviour Mentor This Behaviour Mentor position is a great opportunity with an immediate start. The Behaviour Mentor must be strong with dealing with challenging behaviour. Key skills that are required are excellent listening skills, patience and strong communication skills. You will be required to support children with challenging behaviour on a 1:1 basis and you will be in different year groups in KS2. The School – Behaviour Mentor The School is based in Waltham Forest and is a one form entry with great transport links dependent on where you’re travelling from, close stations are Walthamstow, Chingford and Higham’s Park. The school recently got rated as “Good” in the most recent Ofsted report and is a great opportunity for a Behaviour Mentor to showcase their skills and enhance their learning.
