We're recruiting an Ecommerce Content Exec to join our team to deliver an excellent customer experience, and a commercially optimised user journey across
Freja is a remote-first business, meaning that we operate primarily remotely, but do require some in-office days for team meetings and workshops (this role would average 2 days per month in the office)
Responsibilities
The key focus of the role is to build and optimise a consistent and commercial experience across our digital sales and marketing platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Klaviyo).
Here’s an approximate breakdown of how you’ll spend your time:
20% on Analysis – Diving into analytics data across various tools and platforms to find opportunities for improvement
20% on Pages – Building landing pages on Shopify, optimising Amazon ASINs, running A/B tests
20% on Emails – Building emails in Klaviyo for Campaigns and Flows
20% on Merchandising + Promo – Cross/upsell throughout the user journey, optimising bundles + promos
20% on blog, recipes, videos to support CRO and SEO objectives
Requirements
You’re very familiar with the Shopify and Klaviyo CMS platforms, as well as the analytics tools that inform your decision making. You take pride in the standards of any customer-facing assets.
We're looking for someone who is:
-Analytical with the ability to quickly detect patterns in data
-Experienced in the nuances of different CMS and merchandising platforms
-Collaborates with the broader digital team to prioritise growth opportunities
-Can understand the full funnel with appropriate landing pages to maximise CVR and AOV
-Works with a sense of urgency to roll out digital experiences without compromising standards
-Is highly focused on profitable growth and gets a genuine buzz from smashing targets
You will be:
-2+ yrs in a DTC brand or agency
-Hands on with Shopify, Klaviyo (Amazon for bonus points)
-Data Driven – comfortable diving into analytics platforms and spreadsheets
-Biased to action – high-growth entrepreneurial environment where ambiguity can mean opportunity
-High standards – natural end-to-end ownership mentality
-Systems-Oriented – top organisational skills
