Working for a highly successful and long-established Fresh Produce Grower and Supplier, the opportunity of
Technical Manager
has become available due to exciting growth plans. This position will work as part of the Technical Management team, alongside colleagues who together provide the business with an impressive portfolio of skills across dedicated areas within a state-of-the-art packhouse and production facility.
We require an additional Technical Manager at this time who can complement the existing team, offering a focus on Grower / Supplier management and compliance, alongside site food safety, product quality, and continuous improvement.
The requirements for success in this position will include; Technical management experience in Fresh Produce / Food Proven success building positive relationships with Growers / Suppliers Management of supplier assurance and compliance, driving technical improvement Key knowledge areas; BRC, HACCP, Food Safety, QMS, Retail standards, 3rd party & supplier audits

Salary: *£45-55k Hours: Monday - Friday Location: Essex, commutable from Suffolk and North Kent *Dependent on experience level offered
