CIB Leveraged Finance VP

Job Description - VP As a Vice President in the Leveraged Finance Team, you will lead the origination, structuring, and execution of leveraged finance deals, including LBOs, refinancings, and acquisition financings. You will manage relationships with financial sponsors, private equity firms, and corporate clients, while guiding junior team members. This role offers exposure to high-profile transactions across various sectors. Key Responsibilities Lead origination and execution of leveraged finance transactions Conduct and review financial modelling, credit analysis, and deal structuring Manage client relationships with financial sponsors and private equity firms Prepare credit memorandums and oversee transaction risk assessments Mentor junior team members and ensure smooth transaction processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (MBA/CFA preferred) 6-8 years of leveraged finance or investment banking experience Strong financial modelling and credit analysis skills Proven track record in executing complex leveraged deals Excellent client management and leadership abilities Please email chloedawberpearsepartners.com for more information
