IT Training Manager
Central London - Hybrid Working
Up to £70,000 per annum
6 Month Fixed Term Contract
We are looking to speak with experienced IT Training Managers with a background in supporting global enterprises to deliver their training and adoption of new technologies and systems.
You will get a chance to develop a Digital Academy and deliver both accessible and tailored training to users globally. You will work with and support all levels of the business up to senior stakeholders and VIP users while delivering learning and development through planned methods, media and BAU training requests utilising a variety of training channels.
Due to the planned projects an interest, knowledge and experience with Cloud, AI, HR and CRM systems would be beneficial. Projects are to include Copilot, DeepL, BigHand BHP+, Printix, Windows 11 and LMS development
This is initially a 6-month FTC with the possibility of becoming a permanent position.
Technical Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years experience in similar technology training and adoption management positions
- Great communication skills with ability to translate technology to users at all levels of the business
- A background professional services, legal experience preferred, is essential.
- Experience delivering training to a globally user base with successful adoption results
- Create accessible and engaging training sessions, media, articles and materials
- Experienced with training software, M365, Cloud & AI
- Training certifications e.g. TPMA
