Head Chef - Central London - 35k TERM TIME ONLY My client is a leading contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Head Chef for one of their flagship independent school contracts in Central London. For this Head Chef role, you will need to have: A background in contract catering at a Head Chef level Experience managing a BOH team Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety Financial understanding in terms of costs, P&L and budgeting A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce All candidates applying for this Head Chef role must have been in a similar position within the last year and be from a contract catering background.
