Capstan Setter

A Capstan Setter is required to join a manufacturing company based in Wolverhampton, supplying various clients with high performance bolts and fasteners. As a capstan setter you will be responsible for the setting and operating of Ward 2DB & 3DB lathes, supplying companies in the MOD and Oil & Gas industries, amongst others. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established engineering firm on a temp-to-perm basis. To be considered, you should have experience working within a similar machining role. The duties of this Capstan Setter role include; Setting and operating 2DB & 3DB Capstan lathes Working from engineering drawings Loading and unloading the machine Producing one offs and small batch work Any other duties as and when requiredThis role will be working permanent days, 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
