The vacancy is for an OE expert to sit within the Talent centre of excellence and deliver guidance and steer to all business areas on current and future skills requirements and broader talent management in line with the new operating model and organisation design.Supporting the digital future of the business and people optimisation you’d set up the various business areas for success.Key stakeholders are senior HR directors and business leaders as well as your OE peers. You’ll have a large HR infrastructure to engage and navigate as well as excellent peer capability.In order to apply you must demonstrate operating in a pure OE role, not a senior generalist with some OE experience, you’ll ideally have a management consulting underpin.
