Our specialist recruitment firm is looking for a talented and motivated Hospitality Recruitment Consultant to join our team of industry professionals. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong working knowledge of the Hospitality Industry (5-star hotels, Michelin restaurants), Yacht Industry, Private Households and used to working with HNW clients , strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. As a member of our team, you will be responsible sourcing clients, meeting and nurturing our client database, for conducting interviews, screening applicants and handling rejection letters, and you should be looking forward to a promising career with our company as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities:
– Recruit suitable candidates for job openings based on company needs.
– Source Clients and opportunities
– Build rapport with candidates and help them feel more comfortable in the interview.
– Help employers understand the candidate’s abilities and personality by using relevant examples.

– Meet and greet clients
– Promote on social media
– Client visits

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25000.00-£35000.00 per year
