CRM Data and Loyalty Executive

TECHNICAL CRM EXECUTIVE (BRAZE) HYBRID - LONDON - FLEXIBLE This food/ecommerce business is very well known globally, and they are now expanding their technical CRM team with another Braze expert. As a Technical CRM Executive, you can expect to be involved in the following: Take responsibility for technical implementations and maintenance of Braze Work closely with the Senior CRM Manager to understand the teams requirements and translate these into technical requirements Work with various teams across the business, including Product, Data, and App Braze (or similar marketing automation tools) experience will be necessary for this role HTML/CSS experience is a plus SQL experience would be great Previous experience in a CRM role is necessary Bonus up to 20% Hybrid working
