Project Manager

My client is a leading Main Contractor who have recently won a wealth of projects across London. They are highly respected across the industry and who work across a wide range of sectors. They are now seeking a strong Project Manager to help deliver an exciting project in the heart of London. Project Manager Roles & Responsibilities - To read, understand, convey and ensure the contract requirements / specifications of the project are met by all (including the design team). - To ensure a contract programme is produced to deadline and complied with by Site Management during the works. - To identify potential problems, mitigate the effects thereof, establish cause of delay and instigate recovery plan or extension of time notice. - To maintain an excellent working relationship with clients, representatives and members of the public. - To plan and manage the labour requirements on site in particular the organisation and appointment of sub-contractors. - To develop and improve staff Project Manager Experience Required - Minimum 5 years Construction Manager experience - Previous Main Contractor experience - Excellent written and spoken communication skills - Keen eye for detail / quality standards Excellent technical and professional development potential. An opportunity to work with a growing Main Contractor, who have won an influx of work, working with a business that wants to see you succeed and grow within the business.
