Financial Accountant/Controller Telford £45,000 Days (Monday - Friday) We are looking for a motivated Financial Accountant/Controller to join a globally recognised manufacturing company. Reporting directly to the Head Of Finance you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets. The position will appeal to a strong Financial Controller looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company. Role Description: Managing transactional team and overseeing/reviewing sales ledger, purchase ledger, stock, cash, bank and GL entries Take responsibility for ensuring that the financial processes, systems and controls are operating effectively Responsibility for maintaining statutory records for the business Company taxation management (VAT, Corporation Tax etc) Fixed asset & capital allowances Treasury management, liaising with banks, forecasting & MI data submission Budgeting and forecasting Liaise with auditors and preparing audited accounts Project management of process changes and implementations Balance sheet reconciliations Skills and Qualifications: Experienced Financial Accountant/Controller ACA, ACCA, CIMA Or Equivalent Advanced Word, Excel & Database Skills Manufacturing Background - Advantageous In return for your commitment my client offers a stable and secure career for a technically motivated engineer.
