YOPO is an amazing Restaurant situated in the heart of Soho, serving a modern European menu with influences from South America. The menu, devised with a combination of classical cooking techniques alongside experimental ingredients, using only the finest produce chosen at their prime. We are looking for the best-talented Chefs in town, that can bring their expertise, knowledge, dedication and passion. What we're looking for? Have previous experience working in a luxury Restaurant or 5* Hotel Kitchen Have previous experience in working in different sections of the Kitchen Experience working with South American cuisine and techniques The ability to manage in a collaborative way to motivate and develop others team members Someone who enjoys working as part of a small supportive team with the finest produce Have positive and proactive approach with an eye for detail What you'll get working in a small but professional kitchen brigade a competitive salary package contributory auto enrolment pension scheme.
