Marketing Manager – Elmore Court EstateAbout us and the jobWe are a country estate in Gloucestershire with a family history going back nearly 750 years.The current owner and team have transformed the house and surrounding estate into a place for celebration and festivities that has a wonderful contrast between genuine heritage and cutting-edge contemporary design alongside a determined set of values around sustainability.The land has been taken into a deeply nature friendly direction with rewilding, regenerative farming and includes 6 luxury treehouses.We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team and run the marketing. Someone who has bags of energy, a great way with words and writing, a good eye for style and images, understands social media across all platforms and has the technical knowledge to work in the world of SEO, analytics and things like AdWords.You need to be organised and able to plan and deliver strategies on time and on budget. Ideally you will have experience and enthusiasm for weddings, parties and events and have a keen interest in nature, wildlife and our planet’s health.You will work closely as part of the team here and be needed for occasional weekends (for when there is an event that needs some marketing magic, like an open day or a particularly awesome wedding or party) but for the most part the job is Monday to Friday with flexibility to work from home.What you will doRun, manage and delivery all marketing and communications for the businesses at Elmore Court. Websites, Social Media Channels, Printed Marketing Materials, Ad Campaigns, Public Relations and so on.Strategise and contribute on long term marketing plans with the owner and sales team and then ensure delivery.Tune in, understand and communicate our voice and identity so that our values and character is consistent across all platforms.Build relationships with multiple content providers (such as wedding photographers), PR and marketing Agencies, influencers and so on with a view of ensuring our platforms are fresh, exciting and current and we are being featured far and wide.Produce visual content (Stills and Video) for all our channels. We have a full Adobe suite and other software as well as camera equipment.Writing articles, adverts and other content for our channels including regular journals and blogs on what we do as well as regular output on all relevant social media.Monitoring and regular reporting on key performance indicators to track marketing and sales success.Create and manage Meta, Google and other ad campaigns.Manage the marketing budget.Things you need to haveProven track record and experience in content creation, digital marketing and brand management.An ability to write beautifully and fluently in excellent English.An organised, hardworking and disciplined modus operandi. You will be solely delivering the marketing and so carry an important responsibility for the business and must be able to hold that.A willingness and fine ability to meet people, build relationships and engage with what is happening on the estate so this can be communicated with elegance and excitement.An ability to work at Elmore in Gloucestershire.If this sounds interesting, please contact us with a covering letter and your CV as well as examples of your work.Salary between £35k and £40k depending on experience, wisdom and ability.
