Service Reception Manager Required in the Epsom, Surrey Area
- Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 Basic DOE + £38 - £44k OTE
- Hours: 45 hours per week Monday - Friday + Saturday mornings on a rota

- Managing the repair of vehicles in a timely manner and to brand standards
- Responsible for multi-channel communications with customer in progress
- Full administrative support to all areas of the Aftersales Department.
- Ensure that the Service Check In and handover process for all visiting customers is followed
- Manage liaison between workshop and service reception on customer vehicle progress.
- Resolve customer issues in line with manufacturer brand standards and customer expectations.
- Manage and check quality of all invoicing to minimise warranty and external debt risk
- Deal with all Credit Control department queries in an efficient manner and taking steps to correct further errors.
- Full WIP controls
- Cash Debt Controls
- Ensure that all internal and external customers receive excellent levels of customer service.
- Identify any difficulties a customer may experience within any department and resolve these alongside the other departments within the team
- Assist the Aftersales Manager with the management and recruitment of the service team .in order to deliver a first class customer experience
- Identify team members individual training and development needs
- To support Aftersales Manager in additional duties and deputise as required
