Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure that individual learning plans are in place and delivered effectively. Regularly assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed, and maintain open communication with parents and carers about their child's development.We're Looking For in a Reception Teacher: Qualified teachers with QTS and experience teaching in Reception or Early Years.
