Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Varied Projects • East Sussex • Up to £55,000 + Package + WFH Option • Permanent • Start: October 2024 A modern thinking principle contractor with a growing reputation for delivering high standards, has a new opportunity for an Intermediate or Assistant Surveyor to join the company With a strong order book of projects within education, automotive, leisure and sport, they can offer you a variety of interesting projects inside and outside London. The company is led by a dynamic leadership team, who are eager to develop your career and experience. As Intermediate QS, you will be responsible with the support of a Senior QS, for projects up From £2m - £10m. Your skills, experience and attributes will include the following; • Ambitious, energetic, and driven to deliver on each of your projects • Team player, who will take responsibility • Demonstrate strong negotiating and commercial skills • Good construction and technical knowledge. • HNC or Degree in Quantity Surveying • 5 years post graduate experience • Good understanding on effective management of a schedule of works.
