HVAC Expertise: Service and maintain commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and heat pump systems. Upskill Opportunities: Not yet certified in Commercial Gas? No problem! We'll provide training to help you achieve it. Team Collaboration: Support other trades within the team, lending a hand with various maintenance tasks as needed. Client Focus: Build positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns with a proactive approach and escalating issues when necessary. Safety Commitment: Adhere to Health & Safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team. ⛽ What You Bring Qualifications: SVQ Level 3 in Building Engineering Services (or equivalent). Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced FM environment, carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance. Bonus Skills: Commercial gas tickets are a plus but not essential - we'll help you get them if needed! Requirements: A full UK driving license (max 6 points) and the ability to pass Disclosure Scotland.
