The ideal Sous Chef will have: Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or CDP in a decent fast paced restaurant Share our passion for seasonal ingredients Ability to work in a team and effectively communicate A keen interest in British Seafood and a desire to further that knowledge and develop with us.
