You will take on a pivotal role in providing financial direction and strategic insight to the business, managing a talented finance team, and influencing key decisions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone currently working as a Finance Director, Head of Finance, or Financial Controller who is ready to step into a broader, more impactful role. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. * Oversee internal and external payroll, credit control, and financial reporting (monthly and quarterly MI reports). * Drive financial planning and risk analysis, offering insights to senior management. * Manage relationships with external stakeholders and ensure compliance with audit and control processes. * Provide financial and contractual support to the sales team and play a key role in business decisions. * Develop and mentor the finance team to foster a high-performance culture.
