Job Title: Mechanical Design Manager Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 (Plus additional company benefits) Location: Central London Company Description Join a Tier One Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Contractor with a turnover of £200 million and a reputation for delivering some of the most prestigious and technically complex projects in London. This fast-growing company, based in Central London, is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Design Manager to lead and grow a new design team as they continue to expand rapidly due to ongoing success and increasing project wins. If you're ready for a role that will truly challenge and reward you, this is the perfect opportunity. Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering. Experience of seeing conceptual designs through to completion. Growig a team of design engineers, whilst managing sub-contracted design engineers & consultants. Experience either previously working for an M&E Contractor or a Consultancy. Strong internal & external presentation and communication skills. Ability to use your own initiative and work under time constraints. Preference shown for candidates with experience using CAD, Revit, Microsoft office & Amtech. Providing accurate and detailed design in a timely manner. Ability to produce specifications, schedules, drawings, and any other contract documents developed through the RIBA work stages.Remuneration Package Industry leading basic salary and packages (dependent on previous experience/ track record). Fully expensed travel Contributory pension scheme.
