Are you looking for a place to belong and help others find their way home? We're looking for a Property Compliance Officer tohelp make a difference every single day. You will join us on a part-time (17 hours per week), permanent basis. In return, you will receive a salary of £12,986.62 per annum (£28,265 FTE).

The Property Compliance Officer role:

In this role you will deliver a high-quality customer-focused and professional safety servicing programme. You will ensure the homes meet and exceed all compliance standards. This is a hybrid role but there is an expectation to attend the office 2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities as our Property Compliance Officer:

  • Lead on ensuring access is achieved to carry out safety servicing or inspection activities. This may include any necessary enforcement activities in line with our policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all safety servicing programmes are proactively managed and that we meet our statutory obligations.
  • Regularly monitor safety servicing contractors' operational performance.
  • Oversee the delivery of safety servicing programmes, including gas, asbestos and water safety. .
  • Support Property Inspectors to ensure the dwelling Property MOT inspection programme is delivered.
  • Working with the Housing and Customer Service teams to ensure recharges are processed and undertaken in accordance with our policies and procedures.

  • Experience of working on management databases inputting data.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Excellent administrative skills and professional and positive telephone manner.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, plan and manage a busy workload.
  • Can do attitude.
  • Keen eye for detail.
