The role:

Lineage is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst in Pricing and Revenue Management to join our growing team! In this role, the Senior Analyst will lead high visibility reporting, play a crucial part in strengthening Lineage’s commercial systems foundation, and support commercial pricing in order to grow business and increase margins. This role requires a high degree of logical thinking, research, communication and multi-tasking.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Accounting, FP&A, and IT in order to report key results and play a role in the development of core systems that better support our growing business. You will succeed due to being independently driven and intellectually curious. This is a hybrid role based in our office in Heywood but will also consider strong applicants from other locations in the UK. This role is reporting into the Director of Pricing and Revenue Management.


About you:

  • Collaborate with sales and operations to develop pricing & revenue management strategies that help Lineage “win” in the marketplace as well as review sales incentive plans
  • Support the development and roll out of a European pricing & revenue management operational framework.
  • Develop accurate financial models that help Lineage understand costs, margins, and risks associated with revenue decisions
  • Analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models for decision support
  • Improve financial margins by proactively analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management
  • Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials
  • Market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps
  • Build interactive dashboards using visualization platforms that enables non-technical audiences to easily consume technical data
  • Help drive system and process improvements that better accomplish the above



Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for a proactive individual with strong commercial knowledge, used to manage multiple stakeholders and stand their ground when necessary. Ideal candidate has experience from working in a multinational company, with a connection to food, logistics, manufacturing or supply chain. Understands using technical skills to extract data and identify optimal business decisions and be highly collaborative to thrive working in a European team environment.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance/Economics/Accounting or equivalent experience
  • Extensive finance experience, interacting with Commercial and/or Operational stakeholders
  • Ability to act as the local ambassador of a pan-European team and manage priorities accordingly
  • Leadership ability, willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and thoughts.
  • Financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
  • Judgment and decision making, with an ability to get past data gaps by applying appropriate logic
  • Ability to solve practical problems and analyze processes for improvements
  • Commitment to providing outstanding internal customer service support
  • Ability to work independently, develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish work
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with CRM/Financial management tools helpful (Salesforce, Adaptive Insights, Workday, Power BI)
  • Fluent in English and strong verbal and written communication skills
