Job Title: Health & Safety Manager Location: Maghera, Northern Ireland Salary: Negotiable DOE Civil Engineering & Construction Company Blackfox Solutions are delighted to be working with a Civil Engineering & Construction company, based near Maghera, Northern Ireland. This company provides engineering solutions for large-scale commercial and public sector projects across the UK and Ireland. They are currently seeking a Health & Safety Manager to join their team. Responsibilities: Complete regular inspections and audits and close out associated actions. Create and maintain accurate records on site including management plans, risk assessments, method statements, COSHH assessments etc. Maintain and develop the companies Integrated Management System in preparation for annual ISO audits. Conducting non-conformance, incident and near miss investigations. Perform supplier and sub-contractor reviews. Monitor plant and equipment maintenance and use. Carry out and plan staff health assessments. Promote the companies SHEQ culture through leading by example, organising staff training, completing regular Toolbox Talks, implementing policies and procedures etc. Liaising with the public, clients and other project stakeholders.
