Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location: Hounslow// /West London Salary: Up to £55,000 + car allowance bonus The Role We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with civils / groundworks experience in the West London / Surrey border. This position is with a large groundworks company who mainly work on large residential developments across the South East for top 20 housebuilders. The Company This company is a well established groundworks firm with multiple offices in the South East and employee over 450 people. This groundworks company offer a number of services such as RC frames, groundworks, ground remediation and infrastructure The role will require * Prepare and negotiate BoQ, tender packages and contract documents * Monitor and control project costs * Risk management * Forecasting and reporting at all stages through to finial accounts * Attending project meetings * Liaising with design teams, clients and sub-contractors Desired Skills & Qualifications * Relevant degree * Ideally civils / groundworks experience * UK driving licence Salary & Benefits * Up to £55,000 DOE * Car allowance * Bonus Keen to hear about other opportunities like this?
