Title: Procurement ManagerSector: RetailLocation: Swindon (3 days a week, 2 from home)Salary & Package: £45,000 - £50,000 + 15% bonus and additional benefitsSea Global are delighting to be representing a household retailer who are currently looking to recruit 3x exciting Senior Buyer / Procurement Manager roles. The role sits at group level and will have a real focus across Corporate Services, Instore and Logistics & Supply Chain categories.They are looking for a strategically minded procurement professional, who is comfortable working within a collaborative environment. This role is really suited to a Senior Buyer looking to take a step up, or perhaps a Procurement Manager who is looking to take a step into a large, exciting business. Role & ResponsibilitiesReport into the Senior Procurement ManagerLead on small to medium sized projects and contract negotiationsEnd to end procurement management, including RFP’s, ad supplier managementWork closely with various business unit heads, including Heads of Departments and DirectorsSupport tenders and the negotiation process for large and complex contractsDelivery of cost reduction, risk mitigation and control of annual category spend across the businessExperience & RequirementsWill have experience working within indirect procurementShould have demonstrated end to end procurement projects, what the process and what was the outcomeIdeally will have experience working with stakeholders across various departments and will be comfortable building relationshipsCIPS, degree or relevant qualification isn’t a must but would be a “nice to have”
