Job Title: Performance Marketing Analyst

Client Location: Central London - Hybrid (3 days on-site)

Starting: April 2023


Salary/Pay Rate: up to £74.000 per annum, pro rata (PAYE)

Hours: Full-time

Duration: 12 months

We're seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Analyst to join our fintech client's team for 12 months contract, offering up to £74.000 per annum, pro rata (PAYE).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Holistic Data Analysis: Dive deep into digital media channel data, providing a comprehensive view of the company's accountant-focused media regularly.
  • ROI Measurement: Evaluate the Return on Investment (ROI) of online advertising campaigns and uncover the influence of "Above the Line" media in driving leads to our Sales Team.
  • Performance Insights: Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Team to deliver insightful recommendations for optimizing media spend and driving high-quality leads.
  • KPI Reporting: Report on marketing and Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), offering a nuanced understanding of performance by campaign and audience type.
  • Attribution Modeling: Explore and implement digital attribution models, ensuring accurate, data-driven attribution to our digital channels.
  • Dashboard Creation: Build intuitive dashboards to enable a comprehensive understanding of cross-channel demand generation effectiveness, recommending actionable improvements.
  • Lead Pipeline Streamlining: Work closely with the Sales Operations team and global partners to streamline our lead pipeline and establish a robust lead scoring model.
  • Lead Lifecycle Optimisation: Collaborate with the Sales Team to comprehend drivers behind lead quality and optimise the lead lifecycle management for improved conversion rates.
  • Data Integration: Assist in integrating various lead data sources and seamlessly stitching them together across our database systems.


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Experience in SQL, and Tableau or Python
  • Hands-on experience in marketing analysis, lead scoring, attribution modeling, or similar quantitative insights for enhancing marketing performance.
  • Strong understanding of diverse marketing channels, including SEM strategies, PPC, Digital Media campaigns, OOH, and in-person events, as well as the ad tech ecosystem.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build partnerships and influence effectively.
  • Proficient in connecting multiple data sources to unveil meaningful insights and patterns.
