Junior Business Analyst ( SQL ) - Up to 35k

Producing accurate and timely reports regularly from existing sources. Identifying the most effective methods for reporting KPIs on key operational processes to all levels. Creating reports to support the business's decision-making and analysis needs. Ensuring accurate data reconciliation as needed to maintain information integrity. Collaborating effectively with internal resources for the continuous development of information systems. Maintaining appropriate confidentiality at all times. Supporting and contributing to departmental and company business improvement programs. Assisting with internal workshops and training sessions. Communicating effectively with all internal and external contacts as required. Performing any other duties as appropriate. Essential Criteria Skills Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness. High proficiency in Excel. Advanced SQL analysis and development expertise. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels. Good organizational and planning skills. Ability to meet deadlines. Self-initiative and ability to work as part of cross-functional teams. Education & Knowledge A third-level qualification in any discipline. Experience At least 12 months of experience in a similar analytical role.
