Job: Site Agents

Boyd Recruitment are currently recruiting Site Agents to be based in several locations across the east:

• Winchburgh
• Liberton
• Dunbar

Our client are open to contract and permanent Site Agents to join their growing team for long term projects.

Experience in water or heavy civils projects would be preferred.

The Job

As a Site Agent you will:

• Oversee and lead the Site team throughout the project
• Ensure that sufficient resources are allocated to the Works Section and that each has an appropriate level of ability
• Appraise improvement options and leads / instigates actions as appropriate
• Carry out constructive analysis of fully resourced programme
• Ability to manage subcontractors and build collaborative relationships
• Ensure production of operational target programmes to reflect overall construction programme
• Strong attention to detail with emphasis on QA control
• Good organisational skills
• Focus on Health & Safety

Ideally you will have the following:

• HND/BSC in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification
• Experience of working on a water or heavy civils projects
