Role Overview: We are seeking passionate and experienced Mental Health Nurses to join our team on an ad-hoc basis in Greater Manchester. As an Ad-Hoc Mental Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs across various settings, including hospitals, residential units, and community environments. Key Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive mental health nursing care to patients. * Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and deliver interventions. * Administer medication and monitor patient responses. * Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. * Ensure the safety and well-being of patients at all times. Requirements: * Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification. * Valid NMC Pin. * Minimum of 6 months post-registration experience in a mental health setting. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
