Business Sales Manager Location: Hinckley Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 42.5 hours per week Salary: £35,000 basic salary, OTE £70,000 per annum Employment Type: Permanent Igloo is looking for a Business Sales Manager in Hinckley, where you'll work with one of the UK's leading Used Car Supermarkets. Role and Responsibilities: * Manage a portfolio of leads to ensure effective conversion and support the sales process with finance & insurance expertise. * Collaborate with a panel of lenders, developing comprehensive knowledge of their policies and systems. * Establish yourself as the go-to person for motor finance expertise within the organisation. What Kind of Person Are We Looking For? * An experienced sales professional with a background in motor finance. * Proficient in managing inquiries and presenting funding solutions. * Possesses excellent communication skills and can quickly build rapport and trust. * Demonstrates the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
