Higher Level Teaching Assistant  North Tyneside £525 - £550 per week  Febuary 2025 - July 2025 The School and Role We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work in a friendly primary school in North Tyneside. Working as part of an established team, the desired Higher Level Teaching Assistant will be supporting lessons in KS1. The role would be Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pm. This school creates a really supportive atmosphere, so children feel safe and happy in school. Requirements Has HLTA status Will promote school values, attitudes to learning and good pupil behaviour Interventions in English and Maths Planning and leading teaching and learning activities (under supervision) Experience of working with primary school aged children Experience of working with pupils with SEND A passion for the progress of primary school pupils An ability to work as part of a team What we offer As a Higher LevelTeaching Assistant, part of our team, you benefit from:  Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
