The Lead Data Engineer will steer the formation and curation of a team of 4-6 engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering in an Agile environment, you will be part of forming and leading a new team of 4-6 engineers.
- Mentoring of team members through code reviews and pair programming.
- Build and support new AWS Native cloud data warehouse solutions.
- Deliver data to presentation layers to power reporting and analytics across our global organisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and developers to ensure alignment between requirements and data solutions.
- Develop supporting data models to guide development teams.
Skills and Experience:
- Degree qualified or equivalent.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing data solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Extensive experience in AWS services, e.g. EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Redshift, Lambda, API Gateway.
- Strong SQL skills for complex data queries and transformations.
- Python programming for data processing and analysis.
- Strong acumen for application health through performance monitoring, logging, and debugging.
- AWS Certifications are a plus.
