Sales Administrator

Role - Sales Administrator Hours - 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm Starting Salary - £24,000 - £25,000 Location - Nottingham, NG8 / Hybrid role Contract Type - Permanent We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join an expanding business based in Nottingham. As the Sales Administrator you will work closely with the sales team assisting the team with a number of administrative tasks and sales support. What will you be doing: * You will support the sales team and customer orders via phone and email * First point of contact for support, internal and external * Handle customer queries and provide exceptional customer service * Support and process customer orders * Organise customer deliveries * Data entry/ processing orders/customer records using an inhouse database * Assisting with invoicing and enquiries * Diary management * General administration, supporting the broader team What we are looking for: * Sales Administration skills * Experience working with business customers (preferred) * Excellent planning and organisation skills * Good communication skills, both verbal and written * Team Player Our client offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £25,000 and offer hybrid working, 3 days in office and 2 at home. Hours are Monday to Friday 9-5.30.
