Residential Home Manager

Highbridge Resourcing are acting on behalf of their client to recruit a Residential Home manager for an established children's home, based in Erdington. The role is full time, permanent for 37.5 hours a week. The role will also suit a deputy manager that has been working in a residential home for children and who is looking for a 'Step-up' to challenge them in their career. There will be support on hand and readily available from senior management to support you. The organisation have been established for over 20 years and have 7 homes across Birmingham,. This particular home caters for 3 children aged 8-18 years. It has an established staff team who provide a stable home for the children. We are primarily looking for the following skills and experience: * NVQ level 5 * Experience of working in a residential home for children and young people * Minimum 2 years experience of managing in a residential home * An enthusiastic and energetic attitude to the role * Experience of working in a Good home
