Interim SEN Teaching & Learning Lead- Immediate Start Location: North London Contract: Full-Time, Interim (Immediate start until the end of the academic year) Day Rate: Competitive, based on experience About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Interim Teaching and Learning Lead to join a supportive and nurturing special school in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher to make a real impact in the lives of students with special needs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students. Develop creative, differentiated learning strategies to support students with SEN, ensuring that every student is encouraged and supported to reach their full potential. Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals, including teaching assistants, therapists, and SEN specialists. Support the social and emotional development of students, creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment. Support with Teaching & Learning. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience teaching within a special school or working with students with SEN. Ability to plan and deliver differentiated lessons that cater to individual learning needs. Excellent classroom management skills and a nurturing approach.
