Head Chef (Events)

Driver Hire Perth are seeking skilled and experienced Ad-Hoc Head Chefs to work with our client based in Perth. As an agency chef, you will have the opportunity to work at various venues and events, providing your expertise on a flexible basis. Key Responsibilities Lead the kitchen during special events, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation. Plan and execute menus that align with the vision and event themes. Oversee the preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes to the highest standard. Manage kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations under tight time frames. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment, complying with food safety standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Head Chef in high-pressure environments. Ability to quickly adapt to new kitchens, menus, and team dynamics. Flexibility to work on an ad-hoc basis, including evenings and weekends. Strong leadership and communication skills. Up-to-date knowledge of food safety, health, and hygiene standards. A valid food hygiene certificate is essential. Own transport is essential.
