Key Responsibilities include: Promoting teamwork and effective communications to develop working relationships between all personnel and departments. * The successful candidate will use a range of. Provide code reviews and coaching to other members of the software team. * Prioritise requirements with the Head of Software Engineering. * Work with other software engineers to ensure delivery of projects according to those specifications and report regularly on any challenges or potential delays. * As a Senior you will also Mentor and contribute to the development of engineers within the Software Group. You must have a Strong technical background in modern software engineering techniques. Experience of time series databases, Azure Dev Ops, Git and Mc Laren Applied software solutions would be beneficial. Essential skills include: Extensive experience in C#. NET, WPF and SQL Server. Knowledge of Java Script, SQL, Python, and Blazor would also be advantageous. Development of full stack solutions from database to service, to end user application. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. * Prior experience in high level motorsport (e.g., Formula One, Formula E, or WEC) would also be beneficial.
