Freelance Senior Design Manager - Residential

Kenna Recruitment are currently resourcing for a Senior Design Manager on a Freelance basis. Our client, a company we have done business with for years are specialist residential contractors with a full order book for 2024/early 2025. As a business they turnover more than £200m and are seeking some assistance on one of their medium sized residential projects. The scheme is a 270+ unit RC frame scheme with another 12 months remaining. The ideal design manager will come from a strong resi background and have excellent building regulation knowledge. Ideally they would have come from a strong architectural background. This role is a freelance position, outside of IR35 and will pay a strong market day rate for a Senior Design Manager.
