Senior Account Manager

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Account Manager in Healthcare Communications for our London-based client. They are fully independent, really thriving and with much new business on board and more set for 2025, they need additional experienced client services individuals to bolster their already established and welcoming team.The agency covers a mix of promotional accounts and medical affairs however these current needs are predominantly promotionally focussed so solid experience in, and an enjoyment of promotional project types is essential. There will be a small amount of ‘light’ medical affairs work too.Examples of core deliverables include:Message development/message platformsStrategic guidance documents, objection handlersSales materials – sales aids, leave pieces, promotional emailsPromotional meetings e.g. standalone scientific exchange meetingAdvisory boardsInternal client workshops e.g. customer segmentation, defining the patient typeTraining materialsPromotional and medical congress boothsDisease awareness piecesDespite the more promotional focused needs, all assets our client covers (and specifically within the field of rare diseases) are still high, complex science and consequently a relevant BSc. is a MUST for both roles.
