Groundworker

I am looking for a Ground worker in the Birmingham area working for a highly established Housing Association on a temp 2 perm contract

The Ground worker must have experience doing the following:

• Fencing
• slabbing
• paving
• minor bricklaying
• Drainage

I am looking to speak to a Grounds Worker who:

• Has experience working on social housing contracts
• Has a full UK driving license
• Has a clear criminal record (DBS checks will be required)

In return, the Grounds Worker will receive:

• 23 per hour
• Company van and fuel card
• 40 hours per week on a long term contract
• Permanent position on offer after 12 weeks
