Do you have experience working a Mentor ? Would you describe yourself as a resilient Mentor ? If you answered yes to the above the this Mentor role is for you The Role – Mentor I am recruiting for an experienced Mentor to work 1:1 with children in KS2 who have SEMH. This Mentor role will require a resilient professional someone who has a creative or sports background and the ability to build a strong with children who have challenging behaviour. The ideal Mentor will have strong behaviour management skills, school experience is not essential however experience working with children in a different capacity ie youth club, football club, residential etc will be considered. The School – Mentor This SEMH School is located in Redbridge they provide a high standard of education to children who have SEMH. They provide training and also have onsite parking for all staff, with this being said they are a short walk form the nearest station.
