Position : Specialist Chef De Partie Tandoori/Grill Employer : Authentic Grill Restaurant Location: Wolverhampton Salary : £29,000 to £34,000 Working hours / days 40 to 48 within a 5/6 day week Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata) incentives, employers workplace pension, meals on duty etc and more Prospects: Salary review; recognition and reward for outstandingperformance Preparation of complex Tandoori/Grill dishes and specialities, training and supervising junior Chefs. Responsible for a series of kitchen operation duties commensurate with job role.
