Client Services Administrator - Financial Services Permanent Role Hybrid Working (Remote/Stafford Office) Salary £32,000 My client is seeking an experienced **Client Services Administrator** to join their dynamic team at the successful Stafford office. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with financial services experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality, professional client service. Responsibilities of a Client Service Administrator - Liaising with clients to resolve queries and arrange meetings - Processing requests for deposits and withdrawals - Setting up, maintaining, and closing client accounts - Preparing for and coordinating annual review meetings - Drafting and processing authority letters - Completing fact finds and preparing reports - Generating CTC, CGT reports, and valuations - Organizing client events - Performing general administrative tasks Requirements - Experience as a Client Service Administrator in a financial services role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - A professional, confident telephone manner - Self-motivated with a commitment to delivering exceptional results - Proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing - Excellent organizational skills
