Job Title:  Production Operative Location:  Wigan Shifts:  Various AM shifts between 6am-4pm, various PM shifts between 2pm-00.30am Pay Rate: £11.72 ***Full time and part time positions available with an immediate start, this is a temp to perm role & full training will be provided*** ***Please note this role involves working in a chilled environment and may involve handling food including meats & vegetables*** Shifts Available (Monday-Friday): 5:50am – 2pm (30 min flexibility on finish time) 6:50am – 3pm (30 min flexibility on finish time) 12:50pm – 10pm (30 min flexibility on finish time) 2.30pm – 10:30pm (30 min flexibility on finish time) 3.30pm – 11:30pm (30 min flexibility on finish time) Part time shifts available. ( 2 or 3 days a week on any of above working hours) The Role & Responsibilities; The role will include carrying out various production operative tasks such as: -          Placing products into sleeves -          Weighing ingredients -          Quality checking -          Metal detection -          Completion of paperwork -          Labelling -          Packing -          Following factory health & safety guidelines The Successful Candidate; The successful candidate will be reliable, punctual and hard working. Previous production operative or packing operative experience would be desirable but is not essential as full training and support is provided.
