Domestic Gas Engineer

About the Client: Our client is a well-established gas contractor with over 50 years of experience. They specialise in delivering gas servicing, maintenance, and repair services to both domestic and commercial properties. Currently, they serve more than 15 local authorities and housing associations across London and the South of England. Due to recent growth, they are seeking experienced, Gas Safe registered engineers to join their expanding team. Job Description: As a Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining gas boilers and appliances. The role requires flexibility, as you will handle a variety of tasks (outlined below) to ensure the continued smooth operation of the contracts you work on. Requirements: * Gas Safe qualification with at least 2 years of relevant experience * Certifications including CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, WAT1, WAH1, CEN1, CPA1, MET1, City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or NVQ Level 2 with a gas option * A full UK driving licence * Experience working in a customer-focused environment * Ability to conduct gas safety testing and inspections in compliance with current regulations * Proficiency in selecting and using appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) * Flexibility to work outside of regular hours when necessary Package: Package: * Hours: Monday – Friday, 40hr week * Company Vehicle * Basic salary paying between £38,000-£45,000.
